Senator Ned Nwoko, the representative for Delta North in the National Assembly, has officially unveiled a newly constructed mini-stadium in Issele-Uku, the headquarters of Aniocha North Local Government Area in Delta State. The Senator described the project as a significant milestone in the ongoing progress of Delta North.
The announcement was made by Senator Nwoko earlier today on his official social media platforms, a move that comes amid widespread media attention following his recent separation from Nollywood actress Regina Daniels.
The new stadium features a standard football pitch, a seven-a-side multi-sports arena, pavilions on both sides, and fully equipped dressing rooms. Designed to provide an ideal space for sports and recreational activities, the facility aims to foster both athletic development and community engagement.
In his remarks, Senator Nwoko emphasized the importance of the stadium as a symbol of collective progress. “The newly completed mini-stadium in Issele-Uku represents the growth and unity of Delta North,” he said. “For me, every project is about creating tangible impact—providing our people with facilities that empower, uplift, and unite us. This stadium is not just a sports facility; it is a space where the next generation of athletes and leaders will emerge, making us all proud.”
The Senator also expressed his commitment to continued community development: “Our journey of transformation continues, one community at a time,” he added.
